In an effort to strengthen the relationships among teachers in the Greater English Project, Ms. Zhang, the principal of the Great English Project, devised that every other Friday will be a themed day.  For example, this past Friday, March 28th, was "Twins Day".  On this day, two teachers had to dress the same - like twins.  And two weeks prior was "Jeans Day" where all the teachers wore jeans.

为了增进大英语工程所有中外教师的美好友谊，张总监将每周五设计为有主题的一天。例如：上周五，即3月28日为“双胞胎节”。在这一天里，每两位老师应当穿着一样，就像双胞胎。两周前的周五是“牛仔裤节”，意味着所有教师都穿牛仔裤。

Not only do these themed days made Fridays more fun and interesting, it is also a collaborative exercise among the teachers.  To illustrate, on "Twins Day" teachers discussed and planned what to wear a week in advance.  Such display highlighted the strength in team-building among the teachers in the Greater English Project.

这些附有主题的周五不仅有趣，也是大英语教师间团结合作的体现。在双胞胎节那天，教师们提前一周就开始商量并计划着穿什么样的服饰。这样的活动突出强调了大英语工程全体教师的团队建设。
